My wife was tender the Memorex Ipod unit, when she bumped the ridge it was on and the Ipod became dettached. As soon as she did the unit would no longer play nor even come on. I called Memorex for suggestions on how I could reset the unit so it work over again. I was told there wasn't any, and due to that circumstances, I would just have to ship it back to them at my cost plus a dianostic payment of $55.oo. If they did find what was ill-treat I would have to pay parts and overstress plus the $55.00. I would then have to bear the cost of shipping it back to me. Our unit was only 5 months old. At the prices he confirmed to me I could just by a further unit. Ill-treat! So we discared the unit and now are looking for a uncommon brand of player. If they had a 1/2 star for this manufactured goods, I would have chose that, as a replacement for of 1 star.

I bought this unit for use at work, as it had clad signal. Even if, it had a loud derision signal at low number levels. Now and again it would freeze the ipod and I would have to let the ipod's array drain before to the ipod would come back on.Most terrible, I stirred it from one vehicle to a additional. With that, the potential would by no means come back on, no theme what vehicle I tried. It would only show this character on its sight cover: ":" or "--:--". It was getting potential in view of the fact that the ipod would payment, but it wouldn't do no matter what business more than that. It didn't theme what pin I hard-pressed. The touchtone phone logic, CD, ipod, and timer would not work at all. I house of safeguard't tried consumer benefit at Memorex yet, but in view of the fact that I bought this more than a year ago, I don't estimate to get far based on the additional reviews.

Mine twisted out to be a piece of a waste of time items. Initially, whenever I twisted it on there was permanently a derision background sound, like as you tune in an empty frequency on the telephone logic or TV. The only way to get rid of the noise was to turn up the number to standard amount. Not good if you like falling asleep to music.Following, CD player bunged working by the book after only a few weeks of light use. Third, element emits a astute blue light with the intention of will keep you wide awake if you are a light sleeper. Finally, buttons are not addict-friendly, and with the intention of includes the diffident. Tricky to use and rather unintuitive. The alarm clock function is labeled "timer," which makes no sense at all.Misplacing the receipt means unpleasantly at least get the satisfaction of throwing out this element.

This is a splendid modest player for the casual composition listener. But on faster inspection the most important dash of this apparatus, its signal feature, is really gone. As additional reviews be inflicted including articulated, at low number the speakers mock as loud as the composition. And the timer is extremely tiresome to look into early sweet greatly any angle. Finally, and this may maybe only be coincidence, but leave-compelling my 4th gen iPod in the element for a day or two causes it to constantly blow as I pocket it off. Former to by this apparatus I -by no means- has issues including my iPod. So in close, for the norm nature who's looking for a clever mp3 stereo clear CD player, this element delivers, even if the feature of the audio is indigent at most excellent.

I purchased two of these for Christmas presents. The product only has a 90 day warranty. Both of the players are not working. One of them will not charge the iPod and the additional quit working all collectively. I called customer service and they told me I was out of warranty (about 2 weeks), not anything they could do. Do physically a act of kindness and buy something else, if not you will wish you had, like me.

I bought the Mi1111 for use at my personnel. I sit virtually two other coworkers so I be inflicted with to keep the number down moderately low. This is a big setback for this element since the amplifier jeer is extremely annoying at low number levels. I had scan in other reviews with the intention of this was a problem with the Mi1111 but had to see for for myself. The other thing was with the intention of the demo element at Butt didn't be inflicted with the jeer! I'm not sure how they had it hooked up though. My other come forth with this element, although not a big take care of business to me, was with the intention of the clock only displayed as you weren't listening to no matter what thing. If you had your iPod on, the readout just said "iPod". Not good if you need a clock on your desk. All in all, if you'll be able to keep the number up somewhat and don't actually trouble in this area the clock, I reflect this would be a good hold, if not, move on to a touch else. I'm getting the Crosley CR221.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. Worked fair including his 3rd age assemble nano for a even as, at that calculate didn't. The help from MEMOREX? Nothing. It's austerely ill-assorted, they say, not defective, flush even if it worked for 3 months at that calculate died. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Terrible, loud derision at volumes over 11. It is not affront or modest. It's loud. Extremely unfortunate since element sounds great for a fiscal statement-combo element (iPod + CD + telephone logic). I would be inflicted with reserved the element if I planning I could overlook the noise. I can't.Also, the CD door grinds while notch/closing, and it is not well-matched to charge my iPod.

Like all of the other one star reviews, my player stopped working after a number of months - and even when it did work, the CD functionality was sweet bad: derision sound, frequently would stop in the midpoint of a song only to start before a live audience it again several minutes before long. Do NOT buy this product. It's as if Memorex builds them to break in a matter of months -- and coincidentally provides a warrantee of 90 days. As a matter of fact, dodge memorex products if at all doable. Grrrr....
