DBTech Time Sphere - Stylish Big Digital LED Clock with Circling LED second indicator - Round Shape (10" / Red LED) Buyer Reviews

Works but too bright for a bedroom. The dim button does not "dim" the light enough for a pleasant environment in a bedroom

Great manufactured goods! I would just like to be able to power brightness a bit more. At its buck level it is way too sharp for the location.

Length:: 1:31 MinsThe DBTech LED Circle Wall Clock is a new take on an old clock point. The clock is encircled in small (blue) LEDs with the intention of indicated the number of seconds with the minute. Who needs a sweeping second hand anyway? The clock is big enough (10" in diameter ...although I display 12" in the video I misspoke) and bright enough (more on this later) to be seen across the largest of rooms.Notes - - Like some of the other DBTech clock's this LED clock has three brightness settings. On the brightest setting you could possibly probably use it to look into in it a dark opportunity. On the dimmest setting it is still easy to reflect it over - even in preside ended sunlight.- Completely quiet - no ticking.- Time is maintained even during a power outage. If you lose power the display will go dark keep for you will not need to reset the time.- Will only work with an AC power outlet - I would have loved an option for batteries.- The cord is a little on the fleeting side... any 6' or 8'Final Verdict - The DBTech Circle LED Clock is big enough and bright enough to be seen across the largest of rooms. It is perfect for classrooms, gyms, or people who just happen to like large clocks!4 StarsPlease Note - I received this product for reviewing purposes

I've owned this clock for 2 months, so endurance will not be discussed.I was in quest of a clock for my family aerobics studio including the intention of was digital and lit up to keep footstep of rests between sets. As I proverb this I planning including the intention of here could maybe not be a better clock for the career. I kindness the detail including the intention of the seconds pause lit up as they tick on; this helps including tracking my sets. The clock is surprisingly gray so get on to sure not to deposit it on a thin nail. The clock mug lights up nice and astute so this is probably not the category of clock you would aspire in a bedroom. The potential adapter thread is nice and long and must get on to the clock where you call for it.

The DBTech Time Sphere has a really, really nice top. If you can see the depiction Amazon offers pro the piece description, you can see it almost looks be fond of the face of a digital wrist watch. The normal hour and minute markers are displayed in the classic sample, save pro the seconds of the minute are depicted by the side of the rim of the spectacle. Pro each second, lone bulb illumination, followed by the next, followed by the next, all the way around the clock. It's a really cool look. On top of the looks, it's very easy to read (the hours, the minutes, and the seconds). And it even keeps track of time without potential -- when I plugged it in initially, it was within minutes of the assess time (appearance starting the factory stump). Adjusting time is also really easy if you ever need to do such a thing. Since I really enjoyed the aesthetics of this clock, I wanted to discover a nice home pro it -- I wanted to discover just the aptly spot and just the aptly function pro it. This task in fact proved to be a piece harder than I anticipated, however. There are two problems with this clock. The first is that it's too sharp. Desolate LED clocks be inflicted with everlastingly been hard to recommend -- the desolate hues emitted by the illumination can effectively "reset" your nocturnal vision. The wits why most clocks be inflicted with a cherry LED spectacle is since cherry is visible and prominent in the foggy, and it doesn't compress your pupils (flush out your rhodopsin) so that you can still see in the foggy. Even still, this clock is incredibly sharp, even all through the day. I be inflicted with to keep it on the buck setting just to be able to look at it square. The second conundrum with the clock is the potential cable. The potential cable is pretty poor, and depending on your wants, may be a piece short. Most clocks be inflicted with the choice of go array powered -- if you hang this starting your wall, you're not likely to want the lingering, thread traipsing the wall not extra than it.If you're looking pro a funky wall clock pro your personnel, aerobics studio, or classroom, I would vastly recommend this clock. However, if you are looking pro something pro your bedroom, this clock may verify to be just too sharp. If it came with a slightly lower brightness setting, this would be a must-be inflicted with piece, save pro as it stands currently, it's single somewhat of a conversation piece. Go with the cherry version if you can -- it's still pretty sharp, save pro type isn't as unavoidable.

Above and beyond being sharp, one of the great features of this LED timer is that it involuntarily resets the calculate if the power fails. We installed this nifty LED timer in the our worker break opportunity of our car benefit garage but the power has a tendency of vacant out often. Now I don't have to worry about resetting the timer each calculate the power resets. The desolate LED lights are crystal clear and stand out against the jet black background. The dots light up around the external edge as all second goes by. The timer has a dinghy face, makes no noise and runs cool to the touch. You can even dim the amount of brightness not working. The only negative comment I can say is that the AC adapter plug is only about 6 feet long, so I had to use an extension cord in order to hand the timer everywhere I wanted to. Also the timer did not sit flush against the roadblock since it sat against the cord, there is no slot or notch to hide the cord it can not sit flat against the roadblock.Overall, great timer and now our employees have no excuse to go over their breaks and can even calculate it not working to the second!Comes with a 12-month limited warranty**I was given a sample to ordeal and evaluate in exchange for an trustworthy review**

This LED timer is big and bright, and can easily be seen across flush large room. It's a bit too bright for my tastes at home - I extremely something more subtle, that tells the time lacking shouting, as it were. This would be great for the classroom. I'm a teacher, and it helps me to have a timer on the wall that in cooperation I and the students can submit to.It would also work great in a gym or near an indoor swimming pool. One thing that impressed me: I plugged it into the wall made known of the box and it was already divulging the aptly time. There's an internal battery that backs up the time, and I guess it was factory set to Eastern Standard Time or something equivalent. That means that flush if you unplug it for a while, or turn off the power overnight, you can promote it back in and it will caution the assess time. It'd be a pain to have to reset when it got unplugged. It is powered by a promote, and the LEDs don't light up unless it is plugged in.It's easy to set: there are three buttons on the back, labeled A, B, & C. Press the A button and the hour starts flashing and the B button then works to adjust the hour. Press A again to adjust minutes, and again for seconds (represented by little dots almost the circumference of the timer). Press C and it sets whatever time you've adjusted to.One odd thing: when I had it unplugged in my bedroom, I noticed an odd, barely noticeable, high-pitched hum, and when I got accurate enough I could caution it was coming starting this. I don't know what causes it or how long it will last, and my wife confirmed that she heard it too. I have another DBTech timer that doesn't emit any sound at all.Annotation: I was provided this element starting the manufacturer for the purpose of difficult and review.

Keeps good time, battery endorsement is a plus. Wish sight could be dimmed more, possibly a 'smoked' face could reduce brightness on buck setting. splendid clock!

This is a great clock - chic and techy. I sought after a touch to use in my home gym so I could basically see the following hand in order to time my recovery between consequence lifting sets (30-90 seconds). This is a exact fit and perfectly easy to track seconds with the LED. the only thing I wish was uncommon is that it would run off of batteries so I didnt have a black cable hanging down my wall - but actually that's minor in the by and large usefulness and style of this clock.

This is a simple, yet uniquely designed wall clock that would go well in any modern styled room, such as a dorm room, recreational room or even a sports bar. The blue LED lights are extremely easy to read, especially from a distance. The brightness can be set to three different levels of intensity, but I honestly could see little difference between the three. When this clock is in a room, you will see it, even if the room is brightly lit.The seconds begin at 12:00 and turn on clockwise until one minute completes - then it begins again. It's a nice feature. I wish it had come including batteries as a replacement for of a six-bottom, as it's tough to hide that thread. However, if the power goes out, the clock retains the correct time. Three buttons (A, B, C) on the in trade control the time and intensity. I placed this in my office and its sharp enough that I can see where I am going in the dark without glaring. This would make a great addition for that appropriate room and as a gift. This clock was generously supplied for an honest and fair review.
