put on't confuse this with "atomic clocks" that use a radio signal to fit themselves. As far as I can figure out, this simply runs off a array-backed-up clock chip, be fond of you'd discover in a wrist watch. You may need to fit it once out of the amount if you got it through gray promote channels. However, once you get over that, it works great. The in trade-up array should last 5 years or extra. I be inflicted with never establish an "atomic clock" that was AC powered and had a spectacle you may possibly see in the foggy, so I was joyful to discover this, even though it is not "atomic". I live in an vicinity with normal potential glitches, and an older 'clock radio' needed to be inflicted with the time fit at least once a month. This solved the conundrum completely, so I can live with the misleading marketing.I had a additional model starting this company, with desolate digits, and it was older so it did not exchange pro Daylight Savings Time accurately. I can tell you that all wrong with that lone is OK in this model.

I ordered this alarm clock with seeing it on QVC. The feature with the intention of sold me was it is suppose to auto set the time and appointment.. well in theory with the intention of would be nice if the clock actually did with the intention of! I let the clock sit for three days and the clock never set itself, so I had to set the clock and appointment not a super big deal keep for if your company is going to taut this feature it should work! The neat part of this alarm clock is with the intention of the alarm will still go off for the set time if the power goes off! No more staying up or nerve-racking during storms, your alarm will always go off so ling as you the battery! There is a despondent battery indicator on the alarm clock too so you recognize when you need to change it. Be warned however with the intention of I did have to restore the initially two alarm clocks because the initially one the telephone system would not turn off, and the second alarm clock I could possibly not set the clock. The third one seems to be effective fine.

There were no reviews so I'll enter a short one. I looked-for an Clock radio clock to wake me up at 6:00am each morning to pocket my meds, it was important. Trial including trial disastrous me in anticipation of I establish this one.You can set two separate alarms or use the radio as an clock radio. You can also let the radio play in anticipation of you fall sleeping. All clock radio signal lasts for one hour and is reasonably loud. The release problem I have is in diplomacy to set the hour, you have to fast forward through the seconds, it takes a little. I fancy it had separate buttons to set the following and the hour. The numbers are pretty big and it shows the day of the week and whether or not the clock radio(s) is on. Don't agonize in this vicinity the new DST, this one sets everything just fair. It takes a lot to wake me up, so if your no matter what thing like me, I think you'll like it.

Purchased this clock about three years ago and I was very happy with it. I liked that the alarm was very loud and it was cool how it would auto set the date and time. Fast forwards to three years later...the alarm is so quiet I end up sleeping through it. The auto date time is not effective either. After losing power, the clock set itself to January 1st, 12pm. It was in fact Distinguished 8th, 10 am. Reset the time date manually only to have to clock speed up another hour when 12pm really came almost. The array life is not great either. The indicator light is blinking by now. Think I will toss the whole thing when it dies

Two reasons why I love this alarm clock, #1-It starts of slow when the alarm goes off and #2-It sets itself if the light go out. We've gone throught a link black outs and well couldnt blame it on the alarm not going off.
