Fancy the projector arm swiveled. With the timer facing me on my nightstand, the facts are projected on the ceiling upside down. You must be competent to curve the projector arm almost for better positioning. I would not be inflicted with purchased this timer had I renowned in this area this flaw. But, it is a dependable timer telephone logic and was not too expensive. I like projection clocks and this meets my needs. The projection clock and the main clock need to be set up seperately which means you ha ve to try to get them synchronised, which is a hassle but otherwise a good manufactured goods.

Good modest unit, numbers projected are nice and big. All the functions work as advertized. It does all it states that it will do. It does not take up much space, you will need a flat battery for the back up it does not come with one. I had one on hand that worked so didn't have to make a trip to the store just for that. They must send flat modest battery with it,just one of those modest equipment that we customers just shake our heads at. The set up was easy, the buttons on the projection arm (projection arm is setup by itself, the main unit has its own setup)are hard if you have big hands. Overall form,gathering and price all good its a winner in my opinon.

After spending the night at the home of a friend who had a projection alarm clock, I resolute I had to get one myself. I tried 5 different clocks before settling on this one. This clock is compact including a small footprint (about 4.25" x 2.5"), so it should fit easily on even small nightstands. The clock display on the front of the clock is red and emits enough light to easily read the time, but isn't overly sharp like some other clocks I tried. Setting the time and alarm on this clock is extremely intuitive; you won't need the blue-collar.The projected display clock is independent from the clock on the front of the element and they must be set separately. The projected display hits the sweet spot in terms of luminosity; it emits enough light for you to easily read the clock on your ceiling at night, but not so much as to create a lot of ambient light in your bedroom. I measured the display from several distances and determined that the projected digits are about 5/8" or 1.5 cm tall per bottom of projected distance (for example, if there's 8 feet of distance between the clock and the point on the ceiling where the projected image is focused, then the digits will be roughly 5" or 12 cm tall). In my attitude, this is just the right size; if it were much smaller then near-sighted individuals force have difficulty reading it without eye-glasses (and not many people grind eye-glasses to bed), and if it were much bigger it would produce more ambient light. A switch on the right side of the clock allows you to disable the projection feature.The clock also appears to be of decent feature; the plastic housing seems durable but doesn't believe cheap, the buttons on the front have a good tactile believe, the mechanism for rotating the projector feels levelheaded. The projection element has two swivel points. When the alarm invokes, it will sound for one hour before shutting off; the snooze interval is 5 minutes. The snooze button is small, but it is slightly raised above the clock's housing, so it is easy to locate; I had no problems including it. The volume control on the side of the clock controls the radio volume, but not the buzzer. The buzzer has a set volume, which I would say also hits a sweet spot; it's loud enough to wake you, but not so loud that it jars you awake or bother someone in an adjacent bedroom. You can also choose to awake to the radio as a replacement for of the buzzer.The photo on the retail box shows the clock display including red digits on a black background. Usually, however, the digits and the background in cooperation appear red, including the digits being a brighter red. Whether the background appears red or black depends on what slant from which you are viewing the clock and also the amount of ambient light in the room (check out the photos that I posted). This is NOT an atomic clock and will NOT auto-set the time; you must manually set the time. You can install a battery to maintain the time during power outages; it uses a coin-shaped 3V CR2032 battery. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied including this clock.Prior to buying this clock, I also tried four other projection clocks, and the Memorex MC0931BK was the best one. Some of the other clocks I tried were the Magnasonic MM178 (display on the clock's front was so sharp it was like having a sharp night-light in the room), the Craig CR45365 (alarm only buzzes for 60 seconds so you force take a nap through it, and the projected digits were ridiculously generous) and the Hip Street HS-CRP329 (poor build feature and the one I got had a defect in the projection element).

My night stand is small, and I don't want the full go up consumed by my timer touchtone phone logic. This modest gem has been exact. "Big boy" facial appearance packed into a "modest guy".Even my partner (who thought a projecting timer touchtone phone logic was asinine) has come to appreciate viewing the time, in the dark, lacking his glasses!

Radio does NOT have dual alarms, even even if it's advertised as such. Nice and small so good if you don't have a lot of room. Projects well.

Love this timer. Bought it for the projection of time on the ceiling. Getting old and could no longer read the timer beside the floor. You have to set the radio timer separately starting the projection timer but they are in cooperation easy to set but trying to match times on (doesn't really bother me). The timer needs to be facing towards your feet (feature of floor or on the head board (mine is a book case) to be able to read the time off the ceiling above the floor. It does not turn to either feature. Adjusts in size by angle of projection, honest up is smaller than projecting down by your feet. Anyway it is easy to read, keeps current time and I don't need my glasses and of course, can be seen single in a murky room, love it.

I have owned one of the more high-priced projection clocks and this one is definitely better. I can't really converse in to the quality of the radio or alarm (use my phone for that) but the projection timer is fantastic. It's extremely easy to set and adjust on the ceiling. I love being able to look up and open one eye to think it over the time aptly above my head. These get on to GREAT gifts for grandparents and friends!!! Definitely recommend.

Had it for a few hours, so far so good. The projection on my old Emerson dual-alarm broke and I have anxiously (sleeplessly) been awaiting this one with costs a week researching. I won't be using the alarm (Emerson is soothe perfect for that) so this assess is for the projection constituent only. Therefore, setting two clocks does not bother me. The big selling point: I am sweet shortsighted (-4.00 contacts) and need a large enough projection to view lacking their aid. This works! It's sharp enough, no squinting de rigueur, and it's on my ceiling. Call me picky, but I wish the : didn't blink on my ceiling! No reason to give this projection timer anything less than 5-stars for now.I loved my Emerson's 3-affect projection and this is sweet close to it (maybe a tiny bit less important image but definitely more strict). The focus dial is a plus. The timer is on my nightstand by me so the projection refinement is correct. The faint red glow of the timer face does not cast ambient light in my small 12x11 bedroom. Because it's so small, I don't mind having two alarm units on my nightstand.
