I have never been "emotionally involved" to a clock telephone system before. This is a GREAT hold. It has one of my favorite facial appearance EVER on a clock and with the intention of is the skill to turn the display light intensity not effective and even OFF. For persons of us sensitive to light while sleeping it is a godsend. Plus the additional facial appearance of MP3 playback, CDs and white blast. It is wonderful. I greatly recommend it if you are looking for a new clock telephone system alarm.

Good points:1. Large sight is very easy to read. Backlight is dimmable.2. Reasonably priced.Bad points:1. Improbably shaped: very large in front (where the CD is inserted) and less important at the back, so the unit seems better than it actually is. Nice for reading the sight, but it looked crowded on my smallish bedside table.2. Impracticable to curriculum a CD track selection as a wakeup option; Track 1 will play every time. To get variety, you have to switch CD's. That's just poor design.3. There are a link of scenery sounds void as a wakeup option, but there is no "white blast" setting to aid in falling asleep.4. Despite the claims of good FM reception, I was unable to get even one FM station to come in visibly (the unit sat next to a window), and even the local AM stations had static.I lived with drawbacks 1-4 for a week before giving up and persistent the unit. It's just not very well made.

The description says there is "pre-set digital tuning". This is flawed. It has analog tuning with a thumb wheel. You will have to remember the facts of all your radio stations and manually tune them. And when you turn the thumb wheel, it changes both the AM and FM number. Gosh, it's been ten being since I've seen something like that. Totally improper. I have returned and my money was refunded. (Note: the seller contacted me and told me that the inaccurate description is honest from Timex, which I incorrigible. Nevertheless, any the seller or Amazon must edit the description so as not to pass on flawed information.)

I was looking for a stylish CD-radio alarm clock and this new Timex model fit the bill. Unlike most alarm clocks today that look like spaceships designed by rappers, this clock is sophisticated in appearance with an appealing orange colored set alight that illuminates the time and date, and beyond the sturdy plastic shell contains actual brushed stainless steel as part of its design adding to its 21st century aesthetics without looking cheap. The clock is also compact and easily fits on your night table without looking cumbersome. The sound quality is more than adequate, but don't expect Boise lecturer quality, just smooth and precise enough to leisurely listen to in your bedroom while getting ready for work; the CD player works likewise as well, even if the nature sounds I find useless (even if our 17 month old daughter Julia enjoys the sounds of the beach and birds). All in all, it's a keeper.

I bought this for my partner for Christmas. He loves it. It twisted out a modest bit better than I thought it will be, but the top and the look of it is splendid. The four calming sounds are extremely kind to pocket annotation to, and the signal of the speakers is actually skilled. You can chat the sight light from astute to "no" light (so it will not scare you if you can't pocket a nap including light on). The timer also comes including a CD player and you can form a junction including your MP3 player if you aspire. No digital tuning, even with the description. A major issue for me is that you can only use cd and timer for alarm 1 and radio or scenery sounds for alarm 2. Doesn't seem like a huge deal, except you want two buzzers in the daylight, or timer and cd. Will only wake to track 1 when cd is set. Auto-timeset and digital timing are void on the less important model, but that one doesn't have the cd player (and maybe not the scenery sounds but not sure about that.) Nice advent and point, if not. I can't urge this even if, since there are best options lacking these fastidious odd point flaws.

I researched every timer telephone logic timer I could find online, and also in equipment. This is beyond skepticism the best void. The styling is splendid, trace is very evenhanded, signal is good. The low setting is low ample to not disturb take a nap, and there is also an Off setting. Even in the Off setting, the sight is basically read in daylight. If you read any other timer reviews you will find that other timer's dimmers have a real conundrum of life too sharp.The only insignificant con I could say is that the CD timer telephone logic everlastingly starts at footstep 1, but I don't think that negates any of its good points. It does read R/W CDs, so you could remix your own timer telephone logic CDs.
